-Sometimes I feel like shouting all of my secrets and life stories out to people just so I don’t have to live with them on my own anymore. Only, I know that if I did, I’d immediately regret it because I hate when people know too much about me. So I don’t. I keep it all to myself. Some really major things have happened to me lately (or rather; I classify them as major) but I haven’t been able to truly confide in anyone about any of it. I miss the days when I didn’t feel like I had to hide everything about myself from everyone else. I’ve built this unyielding, pertinacious wall to hide behind over the years but it’s honestly only constricting me from showing all of myself to people who I care about or even being able to trust anyone enough to tell them about my life. I feel like I exsert a certain image of myself to the people around me that isn’t necessarily honest to who I am or what I’m feeling. I know I’m not alone on this specific detail. This really only reinstates my inability to trust others because I believe that if I’m fake, everyone is fake. And if everyone is fake, then nobody is trustworthy.

I hugged so many people tonight. It’s wonderful how wonderful people are when they’re drunk. I actually really enjoy hugging people that are huggable if that makes any kind of sense. I should really hug people more often. sidenote: there’s 2 boys sleeping on my couch right now. Therefore, I feel strangely about going anywhere remotely near their place of slumber. This may become a problem.
